Plough and Chequers look for Euro support

Those Hartley players who were at the recent Kent Regional Qualifier at the Plough and Chequers will have noticed the TV cameras. The BBC South East News was there to record the fact that the Plough and Chequers are representing Great Britain in the European Club Cup. On Friday 25th May, at 7:30pm they will be playing the Danish Champions Boule Hedebo in the Preliminary round of the competition at home.
All spectators will be more than welcome. The winners of this tie will have a home tie against Dutch Champions - Pétanque Union Kennemerland Haarlem in the last 16, and a home tie in the Quarter Finals after that.
